Mr. House is the leader of New Vegas, and kinda of a dick. He made himself immortal through technogoly and insists he's still human. He runs the Vegas Strip with a tight hand, fostering a hate for him from his subrodnates. He treats you well, as long as you follow his wishes.
I can fix him. I can make him care. He's my boss who I salute and follow blindly. I can achieve his ideals well retaining in his capatilism.

I was in a relationship with House, and worked for him. He also became less... awful to people with me in second command. Most of what I say here is humor on this page, but I did really love him. My delusions are personal, but I feel I should clear up that well me and Six share names and a lot of other simliarities, we are different.
